Underwater Photography at Isla San Pedro Nolasco, Sea of Cortez

  *  Like so many locations on the underwater walls around Isla San Pedro Nolasco, the above habitat is rich in invertebrate life.  Toward the top third are unidentified yellow Sponges, white Articulated Calcerous algae, and to the left Crustose Coralline Algae.  The bottom two thirds of the image is dominated by a Persian Carpet Nudibranch (Tambja abdere, ) and Red Panamic Sea Fan (Gorgonia adamsi ?)
